Wiznis Legal Wave LLP (hereinafter“Wiznis”, "we" or "us") is committed to providing high-quality legal consulting services. Due to the nature of legal services, we offer refunds only under specific circumstances as outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
Consultation Services
- Initial Consultation: Fees for initial consultations are non-refundable, compensating for the time and expertise provided during the consultation.
- Ongoing Services: Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for ongoing legal services. Refunds will only be provided for services not yet rendered. Any work already completed, including research, drafting, or advice provided, is non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Client-Initiated Cancellation:If you choose to cancel our services after they have been initiated, a partial refund may be available. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation. A cancellation fee may also apply.
- Consultant-Initiated Cancellation:If we are unable to continue providing services for reasons beyond our control, we will provide a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Dissatisfaction with Services
We strive to ensure client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We will review your concerns and may offer a refund or alternative resolution at our discretion. Refunds will not be provided for subjective dissatisfaction if the service was provided in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
No Refund for Completed Services
Once a service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This includes legal documents, advice, or any other services that have been fully rendered.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes related to refunds or the quality of services provided will be handled in accordance with our dispute resolution policy. We encourage clients to reach out to us with any concerns before escalating matters.

We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
